Q.: How long do I have to wait for my order to be sent to me?

A.: Usually within a week, provided the item is in our inventory (most items are)  and it is not custom-made. In the latter case, you will be notified – expect to get your order within three weeks. Most items are also available in white gold, but as these are special orders, expect two weeks for delivery.

Q.: What options do I have for shipping?

A.: You have several options, including shipment as insured mail via the U.S. Postal Service and next day or second day delivery by Federal Express.  You will be charged the approximate cost of the shipping.  We keep track of all shipments in order to assure the package arrives safely.

Q.: What does the price in the catalog include/ not include?

A.: The price in the catalog refers to the jewelry item ordered itself, and does not include any stones or jewelry work (such as setting, sizing, remounting, or soldering together). We will do the initial sizing at our expense and any further sizing is the customer’s responsibility.

Q.: How do I know my ring size?  

A.: The most common ring size for ladies is 6 and for gents is 10.  As it is best to size the ring before any stones are set, you can visit any jewelry store to have your finger sized before placing your order. You also have the option to order a plastic finger size tool from us at cost. This will allow you to size the finger at your convenience. The third option is to estimate the ring size and then after the ring is presented, return the ring to us for further sizing. This will be at the customer’s expense.

Q.: What if I am not happy with my selection?

A.: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, just return the piece in good condition within two weeks for full refund (special orders on a case-by-case basis).  If changes need to be made that are deemed our fault, we will not charge for the shipping or the repairs being made.

If there are changes that the customer desires (such as upgrading the quality of the gems), the expense will be the customer’s responsibility. Be assured that it is important that you are 100% satisfied with every purchase.

Q.: What options do I have for setting stones?

A.:  There are several options for setting the center stone in a ring. Ordinarily for diamonds, we use a four-prong white gold head. This shows the diamond at its best, highlighting the brilliance and color. Also available are six-prong heads for added security.  For colored stones, yellow gold four and six-prong heads are used. Please specify which type of prongs you prefer or contact us with any questions that you might have.
