How to shop
Shopping is made easy and secure. Add each item you want to purchase to your shopping cart, and when you are ready to pay, or want to review what you have gathered in your shopping cart, press the View Shopping Cart/Checkout button. This will take you to our authorised online retailer, CCNOW, who will process your payment. If you have any questions about your payment, you can phone CCNOW toll-free at 1-877-CCNOW-77.
Shipping & delivery time
I use Canada post to ship your order. Your cost is $2.50 for canadian orders, $3.50 for US orders, and $4.50 for all other countries. Expect 2-3 weeks from the date of your order, untill delivery.
If you need a rush order, please purchase one of the fast shipping options, and let me know your exact deadline. I'll make sure it gets to you on time.
Satisfaction guaranteed
If you are not completely satisfied, for any reason, upon receipt of your order, you may return the merchandise within 30 days to receive a refund or an exchange. When returning an item, contact me first, repack the merchandise, including your receipt. Ship prepaid to: Barbara M Designs, 2705 Trinity St, Vancouver B.C., V5K 1E6, Canada. Mark the customs form RETURNED MERCHANDISE. Items must be in original condition.
Custom inscription
It is possible to have a short inscription engraved on the inside of a ring or bracelet, or on the back of a brooch or necklace, at no extra charge. When you enter your ordering information, you will find a separate box for entering your inscription.
Ring sizes
Before you order your ring, the best thing to do is to walk into any jewelry store and have your finger measured.
My rings are all quite wide, and may fit a little tighter than a narrow band. When in doubt, order a half size larger.
If going to a jeweller is not an option, then you could measure the inside diameter of a ring that fits, and ask me
to convert that to the proper ring size.
Necklaces
Each silver necklace comes with an 18" long chain. If you would like a chain of a different length, please let me know on the order form, and i'll send you the preferred length.
Bracelets
My bracelets are cuff type bracelets and are 6" in length, which is a standard size for women. If you would like yours made longer or shorter, that's not a problem -just let me know on the order form.
